Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING - Orders that exceed $50.00 in product (not product and shipping) will qualify for free shipping within the United States. Fed Ex ground or US Postal Service may be used. All orders $49.99 and under will be charged a flat $8.99 shipping/handling fee. Exclusions include heavy and/or large items. Examples: Swimming pools, vinyl liners, complete pumps and/or filters, heaters. Pools Plus Inc. at its descretion may apply additional shipping fees to your total for additional freight charges. If additional fees do apply ALL customers will be notified before being charged. All customers will be notifed via phone or email before order ships and WILL NOT SHIP until customer agrees to the new freight charges. Alaska, Hawaii, and Non Residence of the United States are exempt from our free shipping promotion.
Customers are required to sign for merchandise and provide assistance in unloading. Report any damage to the delivery company and save all packaging for inspection, then contact us for assistance at 800-761-7587.
